I've heard many pep talks and explinations about games and what
"Rangers is about" by Adults<G> *Ho-Hummm...
A "Patrol" has an Identity, and that means they "get along" and
even "prefer" each other.. like a "TEAM" *just remember to
not worry about being correct or perfect, or winning.. make every
thing your "patrol" does... friendly and make sence! *Ivolve every
member and learn their names!
The best thing is like at NTC with the "Commander hand-off" and
stay up-beat and happy<G>
Mayby I'm different.. but if the "project" is to build a birdhouse,
There's no need for a Adult to "finnish" it or "correct" it.. just
give the boy a hammer, and have his "Patrol" work it out<G>
