Ah, I think you got it. Disipleship is the key. You do that and you help mak
the boy a stronger Christian.  We had to do a membership class be for we
became members at our new church. Guess what, I got more in the 4 classes
that went about 2 months than I did in over 40 years of sermons and Sunday
school.  Our church wants its new members to be well grounded in the word and
sincere in their commitment to Christ.  You dont have to have the boys sit on
a steel chair and drill it into them but you can make the learning fun and
meaningful but they do need to be discipled.
