*That is very true... no changes here!

The involvement of MEN is critical... *I suggest we enhance the
involvement of the boys, while working quietly as men to build leadership
in them. I'm talking of a attitudinal shift.   The model I saw (*slide show)
as valid at NTC had the Commander sitting in a lawn chair...drinking
a Coke as the Outpost set the camp.

I'm just applying that thought to FCF and leadership.
