*perhaps, we are on the same frequency, and you have deserned
the challange in delevering the lesson of the "teachible moment"...

I see perhaps from your comments that I have sounded harsh in
promoteing only one way- *boy leadership to get there... you
in turn have blessed me in knowing that other's have the same goal
in *explaining or *mentoring or even *helping with hands-on
to reach the boys for Christ.

I'm interested in where this "relay" might lead... as I hand off to
others with professional expertiese.  Brian Hendrickson as a
educator is aware of some of the thinking you share and applies
it to the new re-structure.

Leadership Training is then critical to bring common lay thinking
into line with a proper application of the new program, for the
intended goals as stated by Cdr.Marriot.

Am I gett'n closer to the bull'seye?<G>
