This story may be bit encouraging and I remember listening to this on the radio last year. Scouts sell $28,000 of popcorn in booth near ACLU Virginia Headquarters. Last year their fundraiser brought in less than $300. Keep in mind Ranger programs are supported by churches and receive a built in support network with that church body. We have it easy at our churches. Any association/ company having anything to do with the scouts is being sued. They can't even find places to meet in some instances.
