Is it just me, or does it appear Boy Scouts is becoming unsafe? Four deaths in one week, come on. Why on earth would anyone sit up a tent near a power line anyway? Your not going to tell three out three leaders didn't know a power line was there. Then there was the recent deal about a Boy Scout being struck by lighting. If some scout leaders are that dumb why are they leading boys? Are we doing much better in Rangers?
