To top that off this is also a secluded part of the military base that doesn't see much other action while the BSA isn't there. I put the blame on the tent company, Not the BSA or the Army or Rappahannock Electric. To an extent I question common sense. But I wasn't there.

FYI: Contrary to popular belief, power lines are not insulated at all. Why should they, afterall the air is the only insulation they need. Unless someone reaches up/ out to touch them or they are hit with a metal object such as a tent pole, they are safe.
