We currently have a support ticket system in rbase but would like to add the 
ability to send/receive emails within the ticket system.  Right now they copy 
and paste in/out of outlook to the support tickets.

I know I can use Rmail to send the emails but need to find a way to have it 
automatically receive emails and add them to the ticket. Similar to other 
ticketing solutions.

I noticed the other ticket systems put the ticket number in the subject so I 
can parse the email and know which ticket to add to when it is received.

Has anyone done something similar?
