Just to throw in my .54cents (after taxes) I use RADMIN http://www.radmin.com I have used it on Window 9x, NT, 2000, 2003, XP It has file transfer. Remote reboot It installs in about 20 seconds I have installed software remotely using it I haven't found any thing I can't do with it
