I had no difficulties downloading or installing build 80 on 2 separate
machines, including one that is cranky to say the least and normally very
slow because of Norton internet protection installed that slows everything
down.

Clearly you and James are experiencing a problem.  I suggest you compare
notes with him on what may be common between your situations / pc's / setups
/ internet protocols and see if you can isolate the problem.  I know from
years of personal experience that when I can give RBTI a clear description
of a problem and make it replicatable for them, it gets fixed.  You can't
really ask any more than that
