The long period of inactivity issue can happen when a user has a broken
connection, and Citrix is not set to automatically reset broken connections
after a timeout. Broken connections are usually network transport problems.
The only remaining problem is about once a month a branch office will stop
printing ( a print job is hung up)and we need to clear all users from
Citrix, and restart the print spool process on the Citrix server in order
for their print jobs to start up again. I believe it is users not loging
out correctly from Citrix that causes this problem, because there is
always a session with a long period of inactivity when this happens.
