It's definitely worth fixing. I was heart broken when my first Ram was smooshed by a carless driver with me aboard. I'm on my second orange Ram. I'd have the brake bridge repaired and come up with some funky solution to the repaint of the area. Think of it as a war wound and wear it with pride.
