Regarding battery powered angle grinders. It's not minutes, it's seconds. I just cut a friend's wheel lock and U-lock a couple weeks back on 11th st. in the East Village. Like I said, seconds, and no one stopped to ask a thing about whether or not it was my bike or even to complain about the brief ruckus. -Kai BKNY
