Ditto on the simplification of belongings and activities etc. More time should be spent on relationships with people and for me taking better care of my health. Riding goals are to only ride as often as I enjoy it. I suffered quite a bit of discomfort over the last few months with pelvic bone area damage so I am off my upright bike for an undetermined amount of time and will instead ride my recumbent to which I am glad I did not sell as I had previously planned. Actually, I plan to ride less overall and instead focus on weight training and my diet so that I may eventually ride more in the summer months. One dimensional exercise routines seem to result in eventual injury or inflexibility issues for me. I wanted a Simple One but am putting that on hold again........I've always wanted a Rivendell frame but purchasing one continues to elude me.
