I swap between two wheelsets on my all-rounder. One is a 32 spoke DuraAce w/ CR18 rims and a 30T low eight speed. That one always has ~35mm slicks (Paselas or currently Hypers). The other is a 36 spokePhil Wood w/ Bontrager rims and a 32T low eight speed cassette and running ~40mm knobbies. Both are 23mm wide rims and take about 30 seconds each to swap out. One is lighter/faster, the other is stouter/sturdier. I love being able to swap between the two.
