In an earlier photo in this thread there is a photo call leanchors, this shows the components, The bigger piece sits on the floor to position the spring horizontal to the floor and the thinner piece clamps it down, the thinner top piece might start to wrap around the bar eventually but that's no big deal. The only parts that I didn't take pics of are the nuts and bolts that clamp it together to the floor.
