Hello Wrenches, I am having the same issue. I have Comboxs out there that have the latest firmware, but they haven’t worked for quite a while and my customers are not happy... And, a SW 4024, three years old with the fans running non stop, no matter what the temperatures are and they will not warranty. That is what the last email said from Tech Support.
