Aaron,

Ditto what Ray said... I think it's a LVD, LBCO... but could also be a
connection cabling issue have them put a wrench on the terminals,  have
them loosen first, then retorque, don't just have them "tug test" them as
if they are already welded it'll look like a good connection...   Make sure
they do this with the system off and not charging as a spark here could
ignite hydrogen, this would cause a battery to possibly explode...   Not
pretty or fun!

 If LVD or LBCO is set too high, that would prevent the Gen from Auto
Starting.
