Maybe when selling new batteries. I recently tried to get support with
faulty HD Wave inverters connected to LG RESU batteries, and I eventually
gave up. SolarEdge was completely useless. They couldn't even tell me which
current generation inverter would work as a replacement, even if I were to
buy new inverters rather than go down the warranty path.

They are happy to support current generation equipment in support of sales,
but legacy products are very poorly supported. They also started sending
out Home Hub inverters as warranty replacements for HD Waves, and sometimes
the conduit entries don't line up, so there is significant electrical
rework - and no additional compensation.

I'm surprised to hear of anyone having good experiences with this company.
Maybe it's the area I live in, but the Titan Solars of the world installed
a lot of their product.
