All- My original problem with the transfer site link was the customer number. My Solaredge engineer said it was my vendor number, but that is not true. And initially, it would not accept my contact email which I’ve been using for years with them in order to look up my customer number.
I had to create a customer number for myself, as if I were an end user, (its a link directly under the cust# input line) including a new email contact, even though I have dozens of Solaredge systems on the SE portal. Once that was accomplished, I was able to transfer the site to someone who already had a customer number. *Kirk Herander / **[email protected] <[email protected]>* *Owner|Principal, VT Solar, LLC* *Celebrating our 35th Anniversary 1991-2026!!* dba Vermont Solar Engineering 802.559.1225 On Wed, May 6, 2026 at 9:08 AM Sam Haraldson via RE-wrenches < [email protected]> wrote: > The process David suggested works well.
