The process David suggested works well.  I've used it twice recently and it
sometimes requires diligence but hasn't needed customer service
escalation.  As the installer, double-check your "Account ID" before the
client enters it into the form as you may have more than one.  The client
can upload a document proving home ownership instead of providing the site
ID.
