Does anyone have a good inside SolarEdge contact that can assist me with their abysmal customer service department?
I was just told that the only way to get access to a new clients monitoring system is to get the original contractor to turn it over to me. That original contractor? The bankrupt Titan Solar. The homeowner was never granted monitoring access years ago. SolarEdge has become impossible to work with. I don't know how they are still in business. Jason Szumlanski Florida Solar Design Group
