framework size lately), with a more complicated install
(first .NET, then
app), and whatever licensing issues are involved in redistributing
MS .NET
installer.
Since .Net is likely to get quite popular, the very large runtime size
isn't a problem for me. Quite similar, RB's compiled app size isn't
the main problem for me.
Moreover, you might use ClickOnce to ship your app, which simplifies the
deployment process very much. Win32/.Net 2.0 Sample here [hopefully
