Sometimes it's not just what you say or how you say it that's
offensive, but where you open your pie hole.
When my customers and clients find and report bugs, they usually do
not go out of their way to question my competency or motives,
especially publicly. There's no excuse for that kind of behavior and
it's laughable to scream victim when one gets called on it. I find it
absolutely perplexing that any thoughtful person would want to lend
credibility to the half-wits who engage in such behavior. They're only
dragging you down Norman.
