To some degree it depends who they are... If they are long time
users who were previosuly satisfied, I would listen.

the product, or them? If they mocked your business?
I think I would get the point that they are upset!
Personally i think RS's top priority should be get to the point where
they start using RB200* all their in-house IDE development ...
I'm lucky in that my projects are small in-house apps not created for
sale... so they don't need to be perfect just good enough to speed up
the work flow in our laboratory.
