Actually, the original idea/post made gave no explicit indication of
location one way or another. I'm Stateside so I answered with a
Stateside-focused solution/possible solution. Others in Europe
answered with a European possibility. I leave it to them to figure
out the feasibility of a European solution as it is beyond me.
If either (or both!) of these ideas came to fruition I think it would
be great. More training/education is better, and I know how hard it
is to get across the pond (going either direction).
