My unanswered question still remains. NovaInt is out. I don't
understand French. Where should I buy my upgrades? I have asked RS's
customer support but have not received an answer yet. They are
obviously very slow. I asked ten minutes ago. That is near the average
response time from Guy.

That is first comment that has made sense. In the long run, having
offices outside the US (don't forget they have an office in PRC now)
is a sign of REAL Software's growth.
I doubt that RS has the resource to simply open 6 offices in Europe
simultaneously; they have to start someplace.
While folks were happy with Nova, I've read years of complaints from
European buyers. My guess is the French language version and an
official French RS office is just the start of something that everyone
in Europe will be very happy about in the future.
