Never thought about moving the precompiled plugins folder as well.
Still a hit to have to quit and relaunch all the time so being able
to open several projects at once has limited benefit to me.
In a corporate environment where things are likely more consistent as
far as plugins, etc it's probably more valuable in its current form.
