That's an interesting idea but I'm not a big fan of dragging things around
(I use a laptop quite a bit and it's just not all that handy to be dragging
stuff). What do you think about a menu item that provided a window that
allow you to "enable" and "disable" plugins that exist in the plugins
folder? That way you could have ALL your plugins in the folder and simply
select and deselect the ones you need in a particular project.
