Sure, until now I found only InstallShield to be working flawlessly. YMMV on others... Some might do what you need, but nothing more or they crash. Please note I tested on Vista RC1 X64, which is said to be the more problematic than the 32bit x86 version.

Really, the appeal of writing my own has won my vote.
