If it makes us feel any better, this is also a problem with Windows NT,
although not to the same extent. Your 2940 may or may not work with the
drivers shipped with NT.
Yes, I know, this is a Red Hat Linux list, just pointing out that their
actions seem more dumb than evil with this info.
