Saw John Smoltz on Morning Joe this am (he has a book out) and playing golf was one of the things he credited with his ability to play for so long.

Not sure if it is true, but if it is, it just adds more fuel to the whole chicken and beer atmosphere in the Red Sox clubhouse. These guys just don’t give a damn.
