Thats the kind of info i'm looking for, thanx.  If e-ballasts don't offer
any benefits i think i'll just get a pfo tar ballast and save the extra
cash.

A second question though.  Does the Actinic bulbs soften that greeny look
from the iwasaki 6500k bulbs at all?
