I run Macs but I have an older friend that is not very computer savvy.
She got a message that says it detected she has the Trojan virus. It
came up with pictures of her grandson. Her son told her to ignore the
warnings in the past that they were not real.
I would really appreciate some advice on how to help her. (Son is in
another state.)
