Thanks for getting the ball rolling. I certainly didn't mean to offend
anyone, and certainly did not expect someonte to work for free and
develop an unresearched project in hope the dream comes true.

I would like to find a developer who see's the merit in the idea and
would be paid for production as it progress's and would stay on as
some sort of partner. This way  changes , script  errors or addition
of features etc . would be dealt with quickly.

I was not talking 5 -7 % either. The percentage could be as high as 40
% depending on how involved they felt comfortable with.
