The ICS Linker IIa will select the memory from DTMF in a radio. So if
you want memory number 6 or 32 you just tell the controller to select
that memory and
the Linker IIa will select that memory in the radio and then turn on RX
or RX / TX. The Linker IIa will keep track of what memory the remote
base radio is set to.

When you disable the remote base the Linker IIa will return the remote
base to the home memory.

It works very well.
