Not being able to evaluate and execute code at run-time is a
limitation, not a specialization. I agree with you that GAE can impose
certain restrictions because of its architecture, but I fail to see
why the language itself should be part of this. Seems to me that there
are compiler-issues that they haven't been able to tackle yet.
