Brad Suinn, an ASIP enginner for Apple, has compiled a list of advice for making your ASIP Server more stable. Look in the ASIP list archives, if you can, and look for recent messages from Brad. In the advice compiled (from a variety of sources) there is the technique to stop Retrospect from using temp memory, which seems to cause problems with ASIP's use of Temp memory for it's cache. This seems a likely culprit for many of the ASIP/Retrospect issues.
