I have been asked two questions:

How much disk space would be required if we elected to back up to a remote hard disk?

and

On average, how much disk space would it take if users were to do their own backups to a server by simply copying the data to that location?

Any suggestions on how I could approach these two questions based the data Retrospect keeps on our nightly backup of user systems?
