Looks like it's not providing the page you'd expect. It seems to be a listing of all repositories.
The listing is showing ?p=qa-resources/qa.git, rather than ?p=qa.git. Perhaps that's the issue. Note that it's cached these files, so after you change the raw path, you'll probably need to reload memcached.
