Because it doesn't really save a significant amount of time. Invoking
`org.apache.spark.launcher.Main` against the small library and the uber jar
results in ~50ms extra for the uber jar in my system (probably a little more if
you have spinning disks). That would still make the new launch path much faster
than the old one (see the measurements I did in the original bug, SPARK-4924).
