That is not a backwards compatibility issue. If you try to launch your app
against Spark 1.2 or 1.3 it will still work. If it didn't, *that* would be a
backwards compatibility issue. The library being there is completely internal
to Spark, and no user should need to care about it being there.

As I've said before, if someone is customizing the layout of the Spark
installation, it's up to them to fix what needs to be fixed. The shell scripts
before made the same assumptions the launcher library currently does. So
nothing has been broken.
