The reason the config is designed to be used for more than just the local
use case is for something like
- `spark-submit --deploy-mode cluster --conf
spark.connect.authenticate.token=<token> --class
org.apache.spark.sql.connect.service.SparkConnectServer`: So you can launch a
remote Spark session on behalf of a user and then only let that user
authenticate to it
