It is only talked about when the popular vote loses out to the electoral
college and then it is off the table. The reasons are obvious.
We only have six months to elections and the same problems exist now as
did in 2000. The same idiots are also going to vote conservative. AND some
will make the mistake of voting for Nader.. BUT, I'll tell ya. I think
Nader on the ballot is good if they will let him into the debates. I
believe he can sway public opinion which would cause Kerry to shift more
to the left and maybe we need that? I think we should be demanding that
those who determine eligibility recognize 5% makes him a viable candidate.
5% can alter an election so he should participating in the debates.
If you agree, start a petition. Write the newspapers. Contact the leftists
in Congress. Contact the sponsors of the debates. Make a sign for the
next demo and add a tag line to your mail which says "Let Nader in
Presidential Debates" or something to that effect. How many will there be?
Two? I believe that was the number they settled on?
