If you've already paid for the other, and are happy, I wouldn't bother. FTR, it;s in 'drive settings'. Check burst mode, then from the main menu Action|TestandCopy|Compressed, or (shift+F6). Doing test and copy makes it secure but cuts the speed in half. Being a yank, when in a hurry i just use copy no test and check accurate rip. T&C and secure modes are for when I'm ripping indie stuff not in the db, or scratched discs i don't want to re-buy. I don't mind using a separate tagging application, because I like to add reviews and other tags manually. I usually actually go to amazon and click the album cover to get a bigger photo, then import to photoshop and use my 300X300 crop tool, levels adjusting, and save for web feature anyway. The difference in quality of covers even shows up on a 640x480 tablet PC, and is well worth the effort IMO. Must have missed the bit about the cd exploding in your last post. It sounds preposterous to me, but if you say so ;-) -- Skunk ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Skunk's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=2685 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=34232 _______________________________________________ ripping mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/ripping
