Right - glad you remembered, because that sounded like a great option and I'm wondering why I'm not using it. :-) Incidentally, it ramps up in kind of a stepped pattern, ramp up, freewheel, ramp up more, freewheel, ramp up even more, etc. It's done this a few times.
