I stick to using FLACfrontend for encoding and decoding. I have found a
problem with dbpoweramp in that it will not properly decode a 24/96
file that was encoded in FLACfrontend - the WAV seems to play back very
slow. So:

1. 24/96WAV>FLACfrontend<24/96 OK
2. 24/96WAV>dbpoweramp<24/96 OK
3. 24/96WAV>FLACfrontend | dbpoweramp<24/96 runs slow
4. 24/96WAV>dbpoweramp | FLACfrontend<24/96 OK

Other bit/sample rates not affected.

Rule seems to be stick with one or other!
