Do you need it all in one app? Many here use EAC (http://www.exactaudiocopy.de/) for ripping as it is considdered the most accurate, especially with problem discs.
I use this, then re-tag and add album art from Amazon using Tag&Rename (http://www.softpointer.com/tr.htm). As a third step i use flac2mp3.pl http://robinbowes.com/projects/flac2mp3) to convert the FLAC files into MP3 for my various portable players etc. EAC can be a pain to set up initially, but there are guides in the Wiki.
