Answer: I had the same problem until yesterday. I used to have 2 firewalls on my PC in addition to a Router. So I diasbled the Windows firewall and added the Squeexecenter.exe and Squeezetray.exe to the exception list both in my Wireless Network profile both for IN and OUT connection and set Allow all. In addition I added the Squeezecenter.exe to the exception list for my so called "Office Network" only for connection IN. After a while when I tried to connect to the PC as a music source again it suddenly worked. I don't know which of them that did it or if it was something else.
