I bought a T.90 a few years back to transfer vinyl to PC/CD's. My research at the time showed it to be the best bang for the buck given the features and build quality of the beast. That been said, I do have some reservations about it now having used it for awhile. The output levels from both the USB and the standard RCA line output ports are low compared to other devices I have such as another turntable, CD player, etc. You can easily adjust the level for the line out using your PC's recording software, but I have never found a way to do this for the USB port other than using the recording software to increase the volume curve before digitalising. Another qualification I would have is audio quality. I prefer the sound of my 35 year old Sony turntable fitted out with a good quality cartridge. Of course, this is entirely subjective! One last, but by no means the least limitation I find with the T.90 is the manual tonearm. Selecting tracks without any mechanical assistance is very tedious and having to drop and pick up the arm at the beginning and end of a record is just a pain in the butt. Over all, I would give the T.90 3 out 5.
